Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal – 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return an item, without providing any justification.

Eligibility Conditions

• The product must be new, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

• The order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective items or items shipped by mistake.

Return Procedure

• Contact us by email at team@sepro-editions.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will confirm return eligibility within 2 business days.

• If the return is accepted, we will provide the exact return address by email.

• Unwanted product: the customer chooses the carrier and returns the product at their own expense.

• Defective or incorrect product: we also refund the return shipping costs upon presentation of the receipt.
  ⚠️ No returns should be made without prior confirmation from us.

Refund

• Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

• Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order.

• Initial shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or to a defective product.
